  ELFRAD:AUDIO: UNKNOWN SIGNAL (ET Calling?)

This is the data that has been processed for the time period 2100 to 2200HRS UTC, 10,23,1998. Unusual signal bursts are indicated in the ULF region of 1 to 2 hz. This .gif has been band pass filtered to eliminate all frequencies above and below 1.1 to 1.3hz. A very interesting pattern is quite evident. This signal burst does not occur one hour before or one hour after the pictured event.

John Glenn and a winged horse called Pegasus?

'Don't shoot me, I'm only the messenger' Richard C. Hoagland's "Epic" analysis on the Pegasi signals. Paul Dore's last letter: End of story... or The End is Near?

For those who believe "The Truth is out there" might well consider that it sometimes may be too close for comfort. The truth will set you free but it may not be something you really want to know.

This whole doom and gloom scenario is perhaps a play on the cosmic, grander scale as Hoagland suggests and like the mythological legends of old, our Hero will come at the final hour and save the day.

Excerpt from the Encyclopedia Britannica:

In Greek mythology, Pegasus was a winged horse that sprang from the blood of the Gorgon Medusa as she was beheaded by the hero Perseus. With Athena's (or Poseidon's) help, another Greek hero, Bellerophon, captured Pegasus and rode him first in his fight with the Chimera and later while he was taking vengeance on Stheneboea (Anteia), who had falsely accused Bellerophon. Subsequently Bellerophon attempted to fly with Pegasus to heaven but was unseated and killed, the winged horse becoming a constellation and the servant of Zeus.

Pegasus' story became favourite theme in Greek art and literature, and in late antiquity Pegasus' soaring flight was interpreted as an allegory of the soul's immortality; in modern times it has been regarded as a symbol of poetic inspiration.
